Our mission is to provide the UK’s leading entrepreneurial training programme to fast-track young, talented, aspiring entrepreneurs to start their own businesses.
Our vision is to create a new generation of outstanding entrepreneurs who will build market leading businesses and play a key role in driving Britain’s future growth and prosperity.
WHAT WE DO
We equip young, aspiring entrepreneurs with hands-on experience, skills and networks to build scalable businesses. We do this by selecting the UK’s brightest and most entrepreneurial young minds and providing them with the skills, experience and networks through our unique 12-month full-time programme.

The foundation also has a Business Council which comprises of business leaders from across all industries and includes Lord Davies of Abersoch CBE, Sir Nigel Rudd, Dominic Burke, Brent Hoberman, Sir David Lees, Sir John Parker, Paul Walsh, Luke Johnson, Ana Botin, Michael Hintze to name a few.
Neeta Patel, Véronique Rapetti, Felix Schuchter, James Powell and Bex Pratt make up the executive team which runs the foundation.
Who is the programme open to?
The programme is not open to students looking for university industry placements.
