Mike is a qualified executive coach, consultant and author working in the area of personal development, leadership and change management. He has worked with individuals, teams and organisations in all three sectors.
For the last twenty-five years he has helped individual managers and management teams improve their performance and help them manage change better whilst developing their leadership skills. Aside from individual coaching he facilitates top teams and helps executives manage change.
Mike is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley where he has worked on their various MBA programmes, tutoring in personal development, leadership and change, and sustainability. He aims to create the time and the space to enable clients to think, be and do things differently. Exploring complex issues from a variety of viewpoints and always holding the tension between reflection and action. Coaching is a combination of getting people to look inside themselves to see what they are capable of whilst holding onto the importance of enacting real meaningful change externally. He draws on a number of business and psychological models tools and technique to help, together with considerable organisational knowledge.
Nicole is an executive coach with a professional background spanning the private and public sectors. She has coached many successful people at crossroads in their professional lives, working through major changes in their career and business environment. In her early career Nicole joined Saxton Bampfylde, then a newly established London executive search firm. Clients included international blue chip organisations in professional services, technology, media, financial institutions, FMCG and retail. She later joined the Civil Service – Fast Stream, working on policy development for complex projects at the Department of Transport including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Nicole returned to executive search leading the public sector and not-for-profit practice of a small boutique firm and continued to work on executive and non-executive appointments in the private sector. Since 2009 Nicole has run her own consultancy business with a growing focus on business coaching. She coaches leaders from a range of backgrounds including business, professional services, management consultancy, luxury goods and charities. Nicole trained as an executive coach with Meyler Campbell, accredited by the Association for Coaches and the WABC. She holds a degree in PPE from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School. Resident in London, she has also lived in Cyprus and the USA (Silicon Valley).
